Features:

• Added a new Halloween themed fall level--collect as much candy as you can!
• Added a new Jack-O-Lantern head appearance option unlocked in the new Fall level
• Added <stowed-reload> toggle to Traits: it tells computer players that one of their traits may reload their stowed weapon

Changes:

• The unlock popup after completing a level now shows all of the newly unlocked appearance options
• Computer players will swap to their primary weapon more readily if they have a trait that can reload their stowed weapons
  
  • Computer players with Kill Clip, Emergency Reload, or Reload Drone will now better utilize their traits

Bugfixes:

• Fixed weapons, abilities, and appearance options remaining available when their respective mods were disabled
• Fixed appearance options being unable to be force selected when their mod was disabled
